Class Description:
This new workshop is designed to lead both the novice and more seasoned fund development professional to the next level by engaging, hands-on and applicable fund development strategies.  Activities include:

  • drafting elements of a comprehensive development plan

  • diversifying revenue

  • how to find the fundraising "sizzle" that works for you

  • tactics on motivating your board members to become active in the fundraising process

 The instructor will contact each participant prior to the workshop to learn more about each organization and assist with the selection of a particular program or project that will be explored during the session. Upon completion of the class, you are encouraged to take advantage of free coaching hours with the instructor to finalize your Development Plan and discuss other areas of concern. Because of the customized hands-on approach, limited space available.

Instructor Bio:
Presented by Wendy Dyer

Wendy has more than 20 years experience helping non-profit organizations successfully attract corporate and foundation support.  Wendy has helped numerous organizations raise millions of dollars by deliberately going about the business of raising money.

Registration:

Registration for each workshop is $25 per person and are opened to health-related organizations.  Space limited to 25 individuals; we strongly encourage two individuals from any one organization to register to attend.
