The briefs report survey results and findings not included in the Daring to Lead 2011 main report, which was released in late June.

Marketing and Communications

Communicating your story and marketing your programs are key to building your agency.  It should be focused on advancing your organization's mission - not just your activities.  All organization's efforts have communications elements, whether education, grassroots organizing, research, advocacy, direct services and/or fundraising.  Communications ensures that those who need to know about your organization's efforts are receptive to the information you want to impart.
