Account Executive

St. Andrew's At-Home Services, a division of St. Andrew’s Resources for Seniors, is a well respected, innovative, and dynamic non-profit eldercare organization providing care and services to older adults and their family caregivers for over forty years. Our purpose is to enrich the lives of older adults and ease the stress of family caregivers by providing choices and options.
The Main Office is located in University City, an exciting environment offering many of St. Louis finest restaurants.
Responsibility
To strategically plan, develop implement, and measure marketing, sales and public relations programsthat build awareness and ensure consistent growth for St. Andrew’s Caring Workplace Program.
Core Duties
- Face-to-face marketing/sales calls with the business community of the St. Louis Metropolitan area to increase awareness of the Caring Workplace and to generate new contracts for services
- Generate new monthly leads resulting in increased contacts/potential business client
- Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional services and ensuring renewal of all contract
- Analyze marketing/sales activities and other pertinent data for tracking and trending
- Coordinate community educational seminars and presentations
- Seek out opportunities for collaboration with other groups and organizations which will result in increased brand image and overall lead development
- Proactively build positive relationships with identified customers
- Serve as a member of the internal home care team, integrating the marketing vision into all services
- Responsible for guiding and directing all Caring Workplace staff.
Qualifications
- Ability to provide knowledge and lead-generating experience in developing and expanding the marketing, sales and public relations program
- Ability to think strategically and creatively to improve organizational effectiveness
- Ability to effectively communicate ideas, analyze data, make strategic recommendations for continual growth
- Enjoyment in working hard, solving problems and seizing opportunities when they arise
- Ability to build and retain relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as organizational/time management skills
- Energetic, “Can do” attitude; high integrity; self-motivated and directed
- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, lead-generating sales, communications, business, or related field, and 2-5 years work experience
- Community involvement and/or industry-specific experience a plus
- Ability to travel throughout St. Louis city and county is required
