History

The Nonprofit Services Consortium (NSC) is an emerging management support organization that provides programs, services and other resources to support nonprofits in the effective accomplishment of their mission-based goals.

NSC was created more than a decade ago in recognition of the fact that the nonprofit sector plays a vital role in setting the agenda for the community and providing leadership for addressing common problems. To succeed in this role, NSC believes it is essential that nonprofits be able to achieve measurable outcomes, both as individual entities and collaboratively, and manage their operations in cost-effective ways. Previously focused primarily on the nonprofit community in the St. Louis metropolitan area, NSC has recently elected to expand its service region to the entire state of Missouri.
